I am Teri Stout known and I trade as Wiltshire Celebrant

I may process your personal data a defined in UK data protection legislation.

This processing may be on my own behalf or on behalf of my clients and we process data as part of the contracted service and/or my administration.

I realise the importance of confidentiality.

Data may be processed on paper and/or in electronic formats.  When processed electronically, data may be held on a cloud based system and/or on a local server.

Regardless of how data is processed, all feasible security measures are in place.  Data is held as long as it is relevant to the purpose for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.

All data is destroyed by secure means when it is no longer required.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if I am required to do so by law.  I cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside of our control.

As part of our compliance, I have completed a cookie audit on our website.
